Tuition - Summer 2010
Tuition: $575 for each class; $600 for Grammar 7-9.
If you register BEFORE March 31, 2010, you will receive
$10.00 off the total tuition for each child. This offer is not valid after
March 31, 2010.
Please select from one of the following payment options:
Option #1
-
Tuition will
be $570 for those who pay in full by check or cash at the time of student
enrollment in the
class.
Option #2
-
Tuition can
be paid in two equal parts, a first payment of $287.50 must be received
when reserving a spot and
the remaining $287.50 is due on June 1, 2010.
Option #3
-
There is a
three payment option, a first payment of $200 must be received to reserve
the spot. The
remaining tuition is due in two installments: $200 due on April 1, 2010
and $180 due on June 1, 2010
Please note: In
order to reserve a spot in any class, one of the above tuition options must be
followed.

A $100.00
cancellation fee per student will be charged per class for all cancellations
received until April 15, 2010

1/2 of the
tuition fee of each class will be charged for all cancellations requested
after May 17, 2010

All tuition
is due no later than June 1, 2010
Refunds
-
No refunds will be issued once classes have begun.

No
refunds for missed classes.

Academy, 1544 Washington Blvd., Fremont, CA 94539.

Visa/MasterCard: Available by phone or in person at
the Mill Creek Academy office.

you to provide information that we need in order to register your child for
classes at Mill Creek Academy, LLC.
We dont share the information you have given us with any person or organization
external to Mill Creek Academy, LLC. We do not sell your name and/or personal
information to anyone.
If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the
policy changes here on the site. If you are concerned about how your information
is being used, you should check back here periodically, or send us e-mail.
