Payment Methods

• Check or Cash: Please mail or deliver tuition to: Mill Creek Academy, 1544 Washington Blvd., Fremont, CA 94539.
• Visa/MasterCard: Available by phone or in person at the Mill Creek Academy office.

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued once classes have begun.
• No refunds for missed classes

Tuition - Fall 2010

Tuition: $575 for each class; $600 for Grammar 7-9, $432 for Homework Help.

If you register BEFORE July 16, 2010, you will receive $10.00 off the total tuition for each child.  This offer is not valid after July 16, 2010. 

Please select from one of the following payment options:

Option #1

• Tuition will be $570 for those who pay in full by check or cash at the time of student enrollment in the class.

Option #2

• Tuition can be paid in two equal parts, a first payment of $287.50  must be received when reserving a spot and the remaining $287.50 is due on September 1, 2010.

Option #3

• There is a three payment option, a first payment of $200 must be received to reserve the spot. The remaining tuition is due in two installments: $200 due on September 1, 2010 and $180 due on October 4, 2010

Please note: In order to reserve a spot in any class, one of the above tuition options must be followed.

• A $100.00 cancellation fee per student will be charged per class for all cancellations received until September 1, 2010
• 1/2 of the tuition fee of each class will be charged for all cancellations requested after September 2, 2010
• All tuition is due no later than September 1, 2010

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. We only ask you to provide information that we need in order to register your child for classes at Mill Creek Academy, LLC.

We don’t share the information you have given us with any person or organization external to Mill Creek Academy, LLC. We do not sell your name and/or personal information to anyone.

If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes here on the site. If you are concerned about how your information is being used, you should check back here periodically, or send us e-mail.
