Ms. Sarah Barton

From mentoring young girls in local youth programs, to teaching business and communication skills to her employees in the corporate world, to moving into the education field full-time, Ms. Barton has consistently lived out a passion for children, education, and communication. She is excited that these areas of interest will come together in her service at Mill Creek Academy.

Ms. Barton graduated from Briercrest College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, and soon began Graduate studies at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Ecclesiastical History. From there she made a big life and career move, entering the business world with Gap Europe, managing flagship stores in Europe, Canada, and the U.S.  Finally settled back home in California, Ms. Barton felt the desire to move more squarely into education, working with children.  This desire, in large part, stems from now working with and educating her own children. She has now completed a Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a credential through Grand Canyon University, and is looking forward to working with the students of Mill Creek Academy.

In her free time, Ms. Barton enjoys photography, and spending time with her family.
